staying at palazzo raho suites was fantastic! the location is super central and made it easy to explore. i loved sitting on the juliet balcony with my coffee and croissant, watching the world go by. the staff went above and beyond with service, especially when they helped carry our heavy suitcases back to the property!

Had a lovely 2-night stay! The views from our terrace were breathtaking, and the room was spacious and comfy. A bit of water damage was concerning, but I'd still return!

We had a fantastic stay for 2 nights in a Beautiful Double Room with Balcony. The bed was super comfortable, and the towels felt luxurious. Fabio and Fabricio were awesome, giving us great local food tips. The breakfast spot nearby was perfect. The location was right next to the beach! ☀️

We experienced significant confusion upon arrival. There was no staff on-site to assist, which led to a frustrating wait. My key card malfunctioned for the external entrance, forcing us to call for access every night. Overall, communication before arrival could have improved our experience.

i truly expected top-tier service, but alas, water damage in my room betrayed my hopes. i also wonder if they think running a hotel means ignoring simple coffee pod logistics. a welcome gift woudl ve been nice to make up for the issues, but apparently, they save that for other guests. i'll be remembering this less-than-satisfactory stay.

The location is so central with perfect walking access to Cefalu's old town. The staff went above and beyond even helping carry our suitcases. Had breakfast at a lovely bar nearby which was a nice touch.

It was an excellent fit for a weekend stopover in Cefalu with attractive and competitive value for money. The comfortable bed was just what we needed after long days exploring the area. Make sure to check out nearby local eateries for authentic food experiences.

The staff, Fabio and Fabricio, were always ready to help , even suggesting great spots for local food that made our nights. After a long day, coming back to that comfortable bed and soft towels was exactly what we needed.
